This notice explains what Prospects Agency does with the details you give us on this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean sending you the Ground Survey you asked for, asking a follow-up question, or replying to what you wrote. We do not add you to a marketing list. If you reply "stop" at any point, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you get back in touch, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Prospects Agency who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only outside resource it loads is a set of fonts.

Asking for deletion or a copy

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to morgan.stone@prospectsagency.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it and confirm when it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
